White Jobs is looking to hire full-time Operations Coordinator for one of our clients in Richmond.
Job Role: Operations Coordinator
Location: Richmond

Rate of pay: $19.00

Summary: Reporting to the Shift Supervisor, the Operations Coordinator assists in the operation of the plant floor to ensure work is on schedule and meets company quality standards.

Major Duties:
· Supervising and training the team of warehouse temporary employees.
· Lead staff on shift and direct staff training/development.
· Monitor work to ensure scheduling and productivity requirements are being met.
· Evaluating the performance of temporary employees on forklift and providing them required training.
· Inspection of the work completed by temporary employees.
· Loading and unloading of containers with temporary employees.
· Reporting all the completed tasks to the client and able to provide them exceptional customer service.
· Assign work and follow-up to ensure completion.
· Comply with company policies/procedures.
· Other tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:
· Previous 1-2 years work experience in warehouse operations
· Bachelor’s Degree
· Excellent interpersonal skills
· Able to drive Forklift (Sit-down counterbalance)
· Familiarity with Occupational Health and Safety guidelines preferred.

Other Requirements:
· Must be able to lead a team effectively and efficiently
· Able to work on-call schedule
· Must drive and own a car
