Customer Service Representative
White Jobs is actively recruiting for a Customer Service Representative for one of our Clients in Richmond, BC. If you have exceptional customer service skills coupled with efficient data management. We have a perfect opportunity for you.
This is a full time position and the hours are Monday to Friday 8AM to 4:30PM.
Pay rate: $17/hour
- Friendly, positive mindset who is energetic and willing to take on new challenges and learn new things
- Previous experience with Excel and comfortable to create new charts, work with pivot tables and be able to generate and work with formulas comfortably.
- Comfortable on the phone
- Efficient, manages their time well throughout the day
- Proficient in Microsoft – especially Outlook and Office 365 as 90% of correspondence are through emails.
- Proficient in Microsoft power point
- Team player
- Able to adapt to a fast paced environment
- Approachable, team player
- Customer Service / admin experience
- SAP / WMS system experience a bonus!
*You should come with a background in logistics/warehouse.
