White Jobs is actively recruiting for a Customer Service Representative for one of our Clients in Richmond, BC. If you have exceptional customer service skills coupled with efficient data management. We have a perfect opportunity for you.

This is a full time position and the hours are Monday to Friday 8AM to 4:30PM.
Pay rate: $17/hour

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Friendly, positive mindset who is energetic and willing to take on new challenges and learn new things
  • Previous experience with Excel and comfortable to create new charts, work with pivot tables and be able to generate and work with formulas comfortably.
  • Organized
  • Comfortable on the phone
  • Efficient, manages their time well throughout the day
  • Proficient in Microsoft – especially Outlook and Office 365 as 90% of correspondence are through emails.
  • Proficient in Microsoft power point
  • Team player
  • Able to adapt to a fast paced environment
  • Approachable, team player
  • Customer Service / admin experience
  • SAP / WMS system experience a bonus!

*You should come with a background in logistics/warehouse.
