Business Development Associate
White Jobs seeks to hire Business Development Associate with proven experience selling brand direct. In this role, you will be the lead salesperson/marketer for an exciting, nascent staffing agency. This role will require quick revenue generation with the primary objective of implementing sales strategies and tactics to achieve set revenue goals. The ideal candidate will be comfortable with autonomy, we will not set size, or industry limitations for potential clients.
> Help to define and develop a new business strategy tailored to the needs and vision of White Jobs.
> Own full lifecycle of partner engagement, deal-making, and partnership implementation for growth-
centric partnership models
> Proactively and strategically identify new business prospects and their key decision-makers
> Lead deal development and prospecting
> Help to define new business processes in conjunction with other teams involved in generating business
> Support White Jobs organizational / business strategies based on market opportunities
> Responsible for implementing our outbound marketing strategies on all social media platforms
> 2+ years of experience with a proven track record of selling high-value services
> Background in digital and creative is preferred
> Proven ability to market and sell business solutions to a variety of clients
> Understanding and ability to develop, actualize, measure and optimize sales strategies and outreach
campaigns across industries and verticals.
> Keen ability to cultivate strategic client relationships to sell internally increase the lifetime
value of accounts
> Able to display a clear understanding of White Jobs capabilities and offerings
> Professional client-facing skills. Polished, articulate, and credible when communicating with
clients, displaying a full comprehension of their organization and business needs.
> Communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build rapport.
> Experience working in the fast-paced, deadline-driven context of a staffing agency.
> Experience working on remote-first teams
