White jobs is hiring for a Brand Manager for a client located in Vancouver, Canada. Our client is a professional manufacturer of high-performance mountain bike components and clothing, performance road/gravel cycling components.

Job responsibilities and Duties :

The Brand Manager will lead the brand vision and long-term brand strategy to enhance the global brand perception for the Race Face brand. The Brand Manager will lead advertising efforts from concept brief through publication. Plan annual brand marketing budget including product launches, retail marketing initiatives and content projects. Seek and identify new marketing opportunities to maximize brand presence while re-evaluating the return of current marketing efforts.
Growth Strategy: Build out and implement short and long-term marketing strategies to grow our Race Face business.
Sales Marketing: Work with sales to support brand sell-in and sell-through for both OE and AM.
Brand Management: Lead brand strategy and brand vision. Ensure all communication and presentation are consistent with the unique ‘voice’ of the Race Face brand.
Budget: Create a detailed global marketing budget for the Race Face brands and manage the budget throughout the year.
Product Development: Collaborate with sales, engineering, and product team on the development of new products.
Product Launches/Events: Work with creative teams to create unique campaigns for major product launches. Collaborate and manage the brand communication schedule throughout the year to give all departments transparency into Race Face marketing initiatives.
Ads: Work with SSG brand marketing team on advertising contracts ensuring ad spend maximizes return and is consistent with brand objectives. Work with the marketing and graphics team on ads from concept through to publication.
Communication: Lead communications specialist in the clear and timely dissemination of all brand information to our distribution and sales channels, media, social, and other key stakeholders.
Sponsorship: Provide input to the sports marketing team on roster alignment with brand objectives and craft activation and communication strategy around key athletes and ambassadors.

Must Have Skills
Bachelor of Commerce Degree or similar experience.
2+ years of experience managing and growing a successful brand.
Strong industry relationships with media, distributors, sponsored athletes and related brands.
