Initial Screening

A screening interview is a type of job interview that is conducted to determine if the applicant has the qualifications needed to do the available position. If your application is short-listed, screening interview can be conducted over the phone or in-person. The process includes a brief review of your background and designated questions to determine if you are a viable candidate for the position.

In interviews, your job is to convince a recruiter that you have the skills, knowledge and experience for the job and we understand that can be a nerve-racking process so we offer insightful advice on professional interview skills.

After the interview, we want to check about  every aspect of the interview. 

This step is to ensure that you understand the hiring Manager's Expectations and to discuss your interest in the company and the position you applied for.  

Placement

It is normal to have 2-3 rounds of interviews with different individuals in order to get selected depending upon the position. Once the client decides that you are selected for the position, you will be contacted.
